Mozammel Haque Dakhil Madrasa
A prestigious 4-storey modern educational complex providing government-recognized Dakhil curriculum blending Quranic sciences, Arabic literature, mathematics, sciences, and English.
How a horseback scholar from colonial Bengal in 1940 sowed the seeds for an independent, family-endowed trust dedicated to rural literacy, female empowerment, and Islamic piety.
Matriculation (1940), Shikarpur High School, Nadia • Former Manager, Trum Corp Transport Kolkata. Inspired the creation of the educational campus.
“Founding Members of the Trust, 1990” — Patriarch MD Mozammel Haque alongside his sons who carried forward his philanthropic mission.
“MD Mozammel Haque was an educated, honorable and pious man born in 1915. He completed his high school education at Shikarpur High School, Karimpur, Nadia in West Bengal under British Colonization around 1940.”
In an era without paved roads or mechanical transit, his hunger for education was boundless. He traveled long distances daily on horseback from Pragpur, Kushtia (present-day Bangladesh) to Baruipara, Karimpur in Nadia, West Bengal (India) to attend Shikarpur High School under British colonial rule.
Upon graduating, he earned a managerial role at Trum Corp Transport in Kolkata. As a patriarch, he raised 12 children (7 sons and 5 daughters), prioritizing moral discipline and higher education. Four earned university post-graduate degrees, four completed college degrees, and three finished high school—a phenomenal intellectual achievement in rural Bangladesh.
Seeing the acute shortage of schooling and welfare in Mathurapur and Daulatpur, MD Mozammel Haque inspired his family to establish a permanent charitable trust. His eldest son, Late MD Mohsin Ali (former Executive Director, Bangladesh Bank), joined brothers and sisters to formally inaugurate the Mozammel Akida Hakkani Welfare Trust.
Directly founded, financed, and operated by the Mozammel Akida Hakkani Welfare Trust for community education and spiritual life.
A prestigious 4-storey modern educational complex providing government-recognized Dakhil curriculum blending Quranic sciences, Arabic literature, mathematics, sciences, and English.
Dedicated exclusively to female education and literacy in rural Kushtia. Named in honor of the family matriarch, providing girls a safe, inspiring environment to flourish.
1st Floor: Mohsin Ali Orphanage, providing full boarding, meals, clothing, and security for orphan boys.
Ground Floor: Dedicated Hifz Madrasa fostering Quranic memorization under qualified Ustadhs.
The spiritual center hosting daily congregational prayers and Friday Jummah for over 500 worshipers, featuring an extensive wudu area and adjoining peaceful family resting graveyard.
A lush natural sports ground providing students and children ample space for football, athletic activities, morning assemblies, and annual sports competitions.
In addition to institutions run directly by the Trust, we are proud partners with two vital community organizations:
Bringing 24/7 emergency response, modern maternal care, digital pathology, and 100% subsidized healthcare to 150,000+ underserved villagers across Mathurapur, Daulatpur, and rural Kushtia.
Immediate emergency stabilization, minor trauma surgery, cardiac resuscitation, and rural ambulance dispatch.
Hygienic labor suites, licensed midwife attendance, pre-natal ultrasound screening, and neonatal incubator support.
Zero billing and free life-saving medications for orphans, destitute widows, and low-income farming families.
Join hands with the Mozzammel-Akida Welfare Trust to build this sanctuary of healing. All sponsorships—including patient ward beds, diagnostic machinery, or construction supplies—are coordinated directly and transparently through our contact portal.
Beyond physical buildings, our welfare trust is actively on the ground delivering winter warmth, orphan shelter, and disaster relief.
During cold northern winters in Kushtia, hundreds of low-income families and elderly villagers receive warm blankets and winter supplies directly from the hands of trust members and local administrators.
The Mohsin Ali Orphanage takes in parentless and vulnerable children, giving them nutritious meals, warm beds, comprehensive health check-ups, and a supportive family atmosphere while educating them through Dakhil and Hifz.
Founded by the patriarch and his visionary sons, today guided by a global multidisciplinary family council spanning medicine, engineering, defense, academia, and civil service.
